Went to Oly yesterday.

OLY CLASS

Snatch High Pull + Snatch High Pull + Snatch + Snatch x 5 at comfortable weight

Snatch Deadlift 4x 3 (4141)


Snatches felt good. My shoulder is really close to 100%. I finally got myself to get under the bar deeper, so some more practice with catching and I should see my snatch increase.

Those slow tempo DLs were a bitch.

TUESDAY:
Back Squat - 5 sets x 10 @ 65% max
6 Rounds 100 ft Sled Pull 135 lb load

WEDNESDAY:
5 Rounds for Time
20 Alternating Lunge 50lb Dumbbells
18'-36'-54' Shuttle Sprint
2 Ring MU

THURSDAY:
2 Rounds for Time
100 DU's
20 Right Arm Hang Clean 50 lb dumbbell
20 Left Arm Hang Clean 50 lb dumbbell
48' Handstand walk

After Tuesday and Wednesday my legs are a tad sore

Yesterday's Oly/Barbell

3x5 Press in Split - worked up to 135lb
3x7 Split Jerks - up to 80kg

WOD
20:00 AMRAP
1 RMU
200 M run
repeat adding 1 RMU each round.

Got my first RMU, then proceeded to do 18 more. Bye bye mental block.

I have to say, yesterday was a good day.
