I beat up my right lower leg pretty bad with my rope. Strict pulls tomorrow. I am looking forward to it.

AM Work

Snatch press (Sotts) from receivin)g: 65x5, 85x5, 95x5, 105x5x2
Tall Snatch: 65x3, 75x3, 85x3, 75x3
Snatch 1RM with 2 sec pause at knee (20min time cap): 155 final lift.

That 1RM sucks, but so does my overall snatch technique. Trying to rectify it over the next 3 months.

Heel position was much better this week on the Sotts.
