There are still a few fights to be had but they are long term battles that women are actually gaining ground in - education, positions of power, etc.

I would say the women’s education battle is “won” but I’m still deliberating on the cause for low female participation rate in some fields. Ultimately, women have the choice and support available for any education they want enough to pursue so I give this box a tentative check mark.

Women now make up just under 1/2 of the labor force (47ish%) but only hold 29% of key manegement positions. Worse, women hold only 16% of CEO positions. There is room for improvement there as women continue to complete degrees. While lifestyle choices made by women will likely always keep women well below the 50% mark (time off, hours worked, etc), I believe 25% is a reasonable expectation for women in CEO positions.
