re: Trump imposing tariffs on all steel, aluminum imports; exempts Mexico and Canada for now

This is likely to be challenged at the WTO. It's giving preferential treatment to Canada and Mexico, while others that have most favored nation status with the US aren't receiving it. There has to be something else with these tariffs, and don't say national security--even though it has already been said.
