No reason to choose anything other than M4 right now, to me anyway. If I don't have a KAR, I will carry two and have one on semi with range. More control and more rounds than the mini and SKS, more rounds on target for me > damage at this point.
M4 is broken but I am going to keep abusing it until they fix it.

100%.
I don't mind using a scar close range because it has less full auto recoil, but the M4 out classes it in any other fashion.
That's why I'm keeping a vector on me as my secondary if I find one. It's too quick for an opposing m4 in CQC. Only problem is that vectors are a pain in the arse to find. The litter Uzis and UMPs everywhere instead
