anyone read this? is it worth it? It has good reviews but I don't see the praise. I do not read the reviews thoroughly because I don't like to know to much about a book before I read it. I did read the back cover and it doesn't seem any good. Anyone read it and like it?

As the others have said, it is a really good book.

It seems that the last few years have turned out some really good "young adult" books about life in Germany under the Nazi regime. Besides The Book Thief, I really enjoyed Prisoner B-3087 and Projekt 1065 by Alan Gratz.

Great book. Well worth the read. Movie is good too (but read the book first).

Yep. I think my only con for the book is that it could have been 100 pages shorter.

You will not regret reading this book. Great book, great story. The story stayed with me a long time. Do yourself a favor and READ IT!
