You said it! TOPS is a ridiculous freebie that's totally unnecessary. You can get free college tuition by joining the Louisiana National Guard.
Too many damn privileged snowflakes in La. whose Mommy and Daddy don't want their precious snowflake to eat at the mess hall with "the blacks."
