It's the only time in history that we've used tanks to take down a child molester on American soil that I can remember...if I'm wrong correct me.
The FBI, ATF, the Clintons, Janet Reno, Vince Foster, and many others completely fricked up this situation and all should be held to the fire for what they did. The bottom line is that the ATF was reeling from the funding cuts after Ruby Ridge and were looking for something to get more funds. They could have easily had 3 agents walk up to the door with the sheriff and arrested Koresh.....shite or arrested his arse in town.

The intent was never the issue, the execution of the operation was. Instead of going in like storm troopers, wait for him to come into town, which he apparently did regularly, and arrest him en route.

Not to mention they murdered 4 ATF agents.
