San Angelo, Texas. Visited this town for three months in 1991.
To my surprise, this town had only 75,000 citizens in the Concho Valley of west Texas. The town looked old and was situated in the middle of nowhere. Hills surround the old town but banking and grocery shopping was a lot easier and convenient compared to Houston.
