I believe they gave you the option to pay for both games up front or pay for play (pay only the games that the saints play in).

If they were close to a playoff berth when the NFL said to send out notices you had to either buy or pass on the entire package. This time the second playoff game ticket possibility (NFC championship ) was only charged if the game took place.
