Rep. Cartwright: Those three documents with the little “c”s on them, were they properly documented? Were they properly marked according to the manual?
Director Comey: No.

Rep. Cartwright: So if Secretary Clinton really were an expert at what's classified and what’s not classified and we're following the manual, the absence of a header would tell her immediately that those three documents were not classified. Am I correct in that?
Director Comey: That would be a reasonable inference.

And right there Comey had a perfect opportunity to state that headers were intentionally removed, if that had been the case. Comey said no such thing.

We dodged a bullet by not electing her as POTUS. She was touted as the most qualified personto ever run. And yet she couldn't identify classified information.

Hillary was the Secretary of State with Top Secret clearance so she knew she would be sent classified info in emails yet she used her own private server instead of the government server that all government officials and government employees are required to use.

That would be great if they didn't have evidence of document headers being removed intentionally.
