That's not even what the Memo said that McCabe said in his testimony. Nunes said that McCabe's testimony was that no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISC without the Steele dossier information.

But, Nunes admitted that McCabe never said it in those words, and what Nunes wrote in the Memo was Nunes OWN summary of several parts of McCabe's testimony.

When the Democrats contested what the Memo said about McCabe's testimony, Nunes said he would release the McCabe testimony transcript to prove what McCabe said. Nunes has not even attempted to release the transcript.

Does that sound suspicious to you?
