My cousin has sent many resumes and applications. She is 37 years old and has a meteorology degree from south Alabama. She has applied for about 75 openings since her graduation in 2003. I told her that she should try to get into marine fisheries or accuweather in order to build experience and favor with the weather service. She is a white woman and is not a minority.
