This city, 30 years ago, was a place of potential.
Now, Baton Rouge is a nice combination of Tulsa; Richmond, CA; Jacksonville; Columbia, SC; and Baltimore.
Hard to believe someone once told me "Catfish Town" was the next French Quarter.
