Basically crime free? So I guess you don’t think jaywalking is a crime. How about illegal parking? It’s this attitude that frustrated Barney so much. Barney and his one bullet out there facing off with these types of monsters day in and day out and Andy doesn’t carry because of “respect”. “Basically crime free”, get a load of this guy.
