Well whether Trump cares about the people or not and to what degree is literally impossible to objectively measure. And the indirect evidence (lawsuits, Trump University, Pretending to be part of a charity for a photo OP, etc.) seems to point to a person closer to absolute narcissism than absolute altruism--at the very least it makes the opinion "he doesn't care" one that can't be dismissed as any more inaccurate than the opposite opinion.

So are you going call out the accuracy of those who make the opposite claim, even though it's no more objectively verifiable nor indirectly supportable?

I would guess no since your posts have devolved to presenting views more like cptbengal's than the extemely unique and well-supported views you presented in the past.
