1. Knowingly soliciting or receiving information and documents obtained by theft or fraud (hacked)
2. Coordinating the release of information or documents obtained by theft or fraud
3. Knowingly receiving anything else of value from a foreign government (that's it's own crime, but it has a collusion hook)
The social media/info ops piece strikes me as the most nebulous, the most difficult to actually coordinate with/on, and the least directly impactful.
