Weed n feed is frowned upon in these parts of the interwebs.

Then please tell me what I should use. My lawn looks terrible. t used to be all centipede but now it is weed city.

(I've always used Weed n Feed but somehow in the last couple of years my lawn has gone to hell.)

Right now your main battle should be either winter broadleaves or winter bluegrass. Broadleaves can be handled with
Atrazine, WeedFreeZone, Trimec, Speedzone, and the like. Rates depend on you turfgrass. The label will direct you on this. Poa annua, or winter bluegrass, will die off with warm temps. Simazine will kill it now if you so desire. The broadleaf herbicides listed above will also kill lawn burweed, which later turns to your dreaded STICKERGRASS.

I would do two separate sprays. An application if Prodiamine on the entire lawn and an application of Blindside post-emergent on the weeds that are currently growing.
