I doubt that, but if they are a criminal, and their mere presence on American soil without proper authorization is a crime, they need to go back. They dont have to commit any other crimes to deserve deportation. Being here illegally is a crime and the punishment is deportation.

I believe that laws should be changed so that after their first apprehension they are finger printed, DNA tested, and have a retinal scan. Then they are deported. If they ever are caught inside the United States again without papers the penalty should be death. No extenuating circumstances should matter. If they re-enter again illegally... death.

That would stop 99.9% of this criminal behavior.
