It isn't. Didn't say that at all.
But with the extreme lack of details we have so far, inferring political motivations should be the last thing at this point until those come out.

It's not that extreme. There's enough details out there to conclude the kid was fricked in the head and the shooting was likely carried out with no political motivation.
