I drove by the other day and the showroom was still full of boats. I thought the flood took them out as they never really looked open since.

Aqua Marine built them for years.
I use to buy used 14ft Cajun specials 90 era boat, weld an alum pole platform, fix up the 30 hp Yamaha, get trollmotor working, and bring it to Florida to fish the keys for a week or two. It was a great shallow water boat and not that expensive. I think new it went for $4,995.
Then before I left I would sell the boat for small profit between $200 to $500 to not have to drag the boat home.

Their service was terrible. Even though I was a paying customer with a boat I bought from them that was under warranty I felt like I was asking them for a favor and putting them out to fix issues with the boat.
Not remotely surprised at this news. If you can’t provide adequate service you shouldn’t be in the business.
