Yea it looks like it's a really slow process but I'm gonna do my best not to rush anything and cause myself more trouble. Surgery is tomorrow (Tuesday)

good luck, the reason I emphasized straightening the arm, is that while I was still in a sling I met a guy who had the similar surgery and could only straighten his arm about 1/2 way. I think the surgery has drastically improved for example I have a three inch scar on both the front and backside of my arm.
