That sucks.
I tore the long head tendon at the shoulder over a year ago. I didn’t choose surgery. It looks funky when I hit a bicep pose, but all of my strength is there and most of my stability.

Yea mine's on the lower end at the elbow and Dr said no question have to have the surgery if I wanna lift again.
