It's any coach. They have to be hired to an on field coaching position for us to be able to recruit that school, HS or JC.
The JC thing stems from basketball where program were hiring JUCO coaches as the film coordinator or basketball ops guy to secure commitments without having too much skin in the game with the coach.

First off, maybe he has a connection with a recruit somewhere else.
Second, after further evaluation, it appears it is just Dave Aranda bringing in one of his guys.
He's clearly very smart and its a cheap analyst role. This is a good thing.
