For the record...we had a child at 18 (now at LSU), got married at 24, and have been together 23/married 17 years. Have 3 boys now all doing exceptionally well. Both of us have college degrees, and in a nice comfy tax bracket. That being said It’s all about priorities whether a marriage works, or not. We had all the strain of the world with a child that young. However, every other one of both of our siblings are now divorced. We are still rolling strong. We spent a hell of a lot of time together early on hanging out, and staying home due to finances. Sometimes struggles bring a couple closer as long as they aren’t immediate gratification freaks.
