While firing O sounds like a good plan, if we don’t have a home run hire to take his place it will only get worse.

Go after Mike Norvell. Memphis head coach and runs as much or more than he passes, which is a lot. He's young too (36 right now). Will go in his third year at Memphis in 2018. Has ran a high powered passing game everywhere he has coached. At Arizona St and Memphis, he has run very explosive offenses with dual threats and pro style passers.

He will make only a 100k than Aranda will make over the next 5 years with his new contract, and his buyout has been kept at 500k for his new 5 year deal. Four of his assistants were hired at SEC schools after the 2017 year.

LSU just locked in the best WR haul in the country and he was a former WR. We have Brennan, Narcisse, and we have the possibility to bring in a 5 star OL, and 3 top 15 RBs including two of the top 5 (I think Emery should be a 5 star, but whatever) when it's finished.

We likely could have gotten Fuente had we fired Miles after 2015, or Dan Mullen after 2016. If LSU doesn't get him after 2018, he's going to be scooped up by some other lucky bastards. We are going to regret again not being proactive.

I like James Franklin. Yes penn state did get a big boost from Bill O’Brien after the scandal but franklin has done a good job. Hell he did well at vandy considering it was vandy.
