Actually, the wall will keep out well over 175%+ of of criminal aliens. This will happen because after the difficulty of trying to breach the wall is known and the number of aliens failing and beaten by border agents, the ones who were shopping on line for the best "border jumpin'" boots will just say..."AW..frick it. Why bother."
