Plus if plaintiffs can progress this case to a jury, who'll probably be pretty sympathetic to the claims, she'll probably win tons of damages and attorneys' fees considering it's the millionaire basketball head coach being sued. All in all the objective with these cases is to trigger a negotiated out of court settlement from the defendant as opposed to what an unpredictable jury would decide regarding an amount.
