He hired an oline coach from the NFL? Is he terrible?
He promotes E which has been a very positive feedback from other coaches and players.

Look I'm concerned too.
But I'm not ready to jump ship. He has an opp turn things around with winning big games this upcoming season and land a big recruiting class next feb.
I'm gonna wait around and see how all this unfolds rather than freak the frick out like many of you have already chosen to do.

How's that. Because he hired the best OC and it didn't work out so he hired a guy he had seen perform on the job and hired him. If he says something one time and does it and then does something different after he realized the mistake, he is still a liar a year later?

He's not on the hot seat.

He had a winning record in his first year. He had to play over 30 freshmen. He was having a new offensive system installed. He had critical injuries on the O and D lines.

I'm not sure you know what unstable actually means.
