You can’t be serious, right?!

quote:

undisputed fact: the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court found probable cause to believe that Carter Page—a member of the Trump campaign’s foreign policy team—was an agent of the Russian government.

This quote says nothing more than “The FISA court granted a surveillance warrant on Carter Page” - yeah that’s an undisputed fact. Point me to where anybody has said that the FISA court didn’t approve the warrant.

You see, just because it’s dressed up with the words “found probable cause”, undoubtedly to fool idiots like yourself into buying it, this “counterargument” isn’t actually an argument at all. What Democrats need to produce, is documented evidence that PROVES the dossier wasn’t the only evidence used to gain the warrant to spy on “Page.”

Nunes memo alleges that McCabe testified under oath that without the dossier, no warrant would’ve been received. Democrats say he didn’t say that. Easiest thing to do would be release the transcript of Mccabes testimony, or at a minimum, that portion of it. Dems don’t want to do that- care to tell us why??

And if the story is that he was already being surveilled, meaning they obviously had evidence to get prior warrants approved, why did they need the dossier at all? Seems they could’ve saved themselves the embarrassment of using such a ridiculously unbelievable document.

On the other hand, if the story is that he wasn’t already being surveilled, then how would the fbi have any other evidence he was acting as a foreign agent ???-unless of course they had been “spying” on him without a warrant..like say, ILLEGALLY allowing “private contractors” (ie:FusionGPS) access to the NSA database to do thousands of “about queries” on “us persons”. Seems like the FISC issued a report about similar abuses last year. What a coincidence.
