I think the most likely scenario would be getting caught up in something else, that may or may not have been your fault, and them tacking on some serious penalties for the drinking. I should be back there soon, but hope to not find out any real answers on this.

I'm curious about the place. My uncle lived there for like 8 years in the 90's/00's working in telecom but never visited him.
