There's only one reason why this team isn't the best team of all time, and that's the ineptness of Lester Miles having any offensive game plan against the gumps in the NC. His inability with 4 wks preparation was as bad as any coach in history with the talent we had on that team, minus the qb! Beat 8 ranked teams that year, dominated auburnt, florsux and uga (especially the 2nd half). Les Miles alone is responsible for blowing the opportunity to have LSU in the discussion all time greatest teams, period. Sccrew the gumps again.
