frick that. Mitch had 8 years to take care of this shite. Will the citizens receive some of their tax money back, since they're being asked to do the city's job for them? 

I'd tell the city to eat an aids dick and laugh as I stuffed more trash down the drains.

All you trashy mother frickers who leave beads or throw beads or have anything to do with trashy arse Mardi Gras need to remember that this year when you leave the place looking like a bomb went off and street sweepers come by tossing all that shite into the storm drains.
