Beyond city staff cleanings and pricey contract work, Galloway said New Orleans residents have to step up to clear catch basins in their own neighborhoods. She said city officials have met with dozens of residents from every city district in recent months train them on how to clean catch basins.
frick that. Mitch had 8 years to take care of this shite. Will the citizens receive some of their tax money back, since they're being asked to do the city's job for them?
I'd tell the city to eat an aids dick and laugh as I stuffed more trash down the drains.
Yeah this is the same post I made in the Mardi Gras "bears" thread. Call the cops, I don't care.

Nah no no no no no no
All you trashy mother frickers who leave beads or throw beads or have anything to do with trashy arse Mardi Gras need to remember that this year when you leave the place looking like a bomb went off and street sweepers come by tossing all that shite into the storm drains.
Where’d y’all think it was going? lol
