So if the Supreme court decides that DACA can be ended or that its unconstitutional all together (not sure if they are even looking in to that) what leg will the dems have to stand on?

Still want to know on what legal grounds a court is ruling a president can't use an Executive Order to resind a previous executive order.

The Dems already hate the constitution and actively campaign for the government to ignore current laws, so I suppose they'll stand on the same thing they always stand on: Orwellian Issue of the Day pushed at all costs with no foresight.
