Defense is the Key

Well that's a broadly stated game plan. Good defense wins more ballgames.


But I'll agree with you and add some substance. Cam Jordan was great this year but outside of him there wasn't a source of consistent pressure. He was essentially the only guy an offense worries about. Sure, Okafor or Kikaha etc. had moments but they were inconsistent/injured. A key improvement we need to make is to try to find another source of pressure alongside Cam. And we don't have to have Watt or Miller. Just a guy that can make enough noise a few times a game that he has to be accounted for.
