Um, that's a big negative. Plenty of stuff shuts down, probably close to half of everything.

You must not like getting local highways and bridges built. Most of them depend heavily on federal grants.

Wouldn't depend on all that funding if the federal government wasn't taking so much money out of the states to begin w/.
