One of the world's most recognizable / famous butchers (dario cecchini) is also from that region. His shop and the connect restaurant is also worth the time.

That you all very much for the responses. Does anyone have any info about the Galelio museum. It's certainly not one of the top museums there but I'd like to get some opinions on it. (We are going to go to the main museums there. Just was curious about this one. ). Thanks

Dario was interesting. The dinner fun but the meat was nothing special and if you’re like me and don’t like rare meat it’s even less special.
