I'm guessing you didn't read all the posts. If you have a built in power inverter than there's no need for the 12v plug or special things that work on 12v power.

There's no guessing that you're an imbecile when it comes to electronics. Any idea of what is involved in converting DC into AC power? Much more effient and cheaper to use dedicated 12V accessories than install inverters to allow direct connection of consumer products that tend to run less efficiently and hotter on inverters. That's why vehicles that do have a 120V plug carry very low wattage ratings, suitable only for devices that generally use their own power supplies to condition the AC power of the inverter.
