Keto diet. No carbs whatsoever. Your body needs carbs for energy, so it starts feeding off of protein to replenish. After a week or so, you’ll start losing 3-5 lbs a week.
No breakfast
Salad with grilled chicken or steak for lunch
Baked meat with veggies for supper
Drink nothing but water.

You’ll lose 15 lbs in a month or less( I lost 60+)

You’re welcome.
No gym necessary.. just go about your everyday life. If you want to get hardcore, run a mile a day on a treadmill or olyptical, you’ll lose it in 2 weeks or so
