The water from a frozen pipe will always be colder than water which has run for so long that it's now coming from the well insulated ground.

That makes sense, but the water temp coming out the cold is warmer than just well insulted.
I can run the taps for hours on August and it wouldn't be this warm.
I'll just chalk it up to an anomaly and hope it warms up enough tomorrow to fix itself.
