Is your PEX in the attic? If so, did you shut off your main and open your faucets before the pipes froze? If you did that the blockage should be in the run of pipe between the ground and the main valve. Put a heat lamp or a hair dryer on that section and it should clear. If your pipe is under the house and you left water in it then you will just have to wait for the thaw.

It's in the attic. It froze last night and this morning I shut the main off and drained the lines. I left the faucets on for when it thaws.
