I've lived in Los Angeles.

Some places will be 90% black like South Central and Ladera Heights but 90% of the employees at Taco Bell and Wendy's and Burger King are Mexican.

That's long been the contention and vitriol between the two races. Blacks don't give a shite about whites. They hate Mexicans.
