I guess if it is just the sorority it is not a free speech issue but if she is really kicked out of the university like somebody claimed it it, or should be.
I guess she is disbarred from getting an education now.

Nope, the government did not restrict her right to say what she did.
She has been expelled from UAlabama and her rights to free speech were still not infringed upon.

Expelled from school does seem a tad harsh, but you know what? Life lessons come at ya hard. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes and all that.
