This is the screen used:
Supposed to click DRILL-PACOM (CDW) - STATE ONLY, instead clicked PACOM(CDW) -STATE ONLY.
And apparently when you do that, a message does not come up saying YOU ARE ABOUT TO WARN MILLIONS OF THEIR POSSIBLE IMMINENT DEATH. ARE YOU SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU MEAN TO DO? (Has to be simple to add. Same for any live alarm. Could also have a screen with two choices 1. Alarms and 2. Test alarms. And go from there.)

NO, SERIOUSLY, NO DRILL, REALLY?
But at least nobody got a false alarm about high surf.
