I don't know if Tee Martin would've been a good hire, but he's a young mind that runs an exciting offense and he wanted the job. HE REACHED OUT TO YOU. No reason to not even listen to him.
O's entire process is bullshite. You can't know he's not the guy unless you actually interview him. You interview him and you're not satisfied, fine.

yep.
no one here is saying tee martin is the best option. but he's a better option than a guy who hasn't been a full time coordinator in 20 years.
