"the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed" (nothing has been infringed upon more: have to pay a tax in most states to carry one any way we choose, can't "legally" bear arms in many cities, etc)

No, you’re just ignorant. Your two examples are terrible, one isn’t even an amendment. Also, go read the 25th, it literally lays out the procedure for finding the President unfit for office.
