Here's some stats.

Black English benchmark scores for 10 years have never risen above 40% success. They trail whites by about 35 points and Asians by about 40. So. Yeah. It's totally plausible that this group then goes on to become the "most educated" group in society.

Let's look at math.

Blacks have not risen about 15%. They trail whites again. This time by 35 points and Asians by a full 50 points. Yup. This is the group!!!!

And before you say, "but we're talking about black women", I'm going to point out that black men could be getting all fricking ZEROS and the female score that generated the black average would STILL trail whites and Asians by over 10 points.
