I remember we used to have at least 4 or 5 recruits at this game now we get a guy that will be a project for the long term. That's why you go after the big fish to compete for titles. This class addressed needs but how good are they?? We will never know because they didnt compete at these camps against great/elite players. I hope O cleans up next year because this class may add depth but that doesn't mean they are any good. Not saying we wont have some good ones but do they turn out to be Malone a serviceable linemen but average at best.

A lot of the guys we have are developmental types. These guys will most likely pay off for the next coach (maybe Aranda). Right now though, we have very few impact players, and the offense could be in trouble with no returning stars and Ed 0 likely going the good ole boys route and picking some guy he has had a previous connection with as OC.
2018 load up on the beef and a few star skill guys
2019 load up on the ridiculous Louisiana class
2020 Aranda leads an experienced squad to the playoffs in his first year ala Lincoln Riley.

What? You will know as soon as they start competing at practice.
