Who pays for these treatments? None of these people seem to have jobs.
I tried to watch a back episode of this Steven guy. I had to turn it off. The scene w him bending over while the nurses washed his arse made me sick.
I don't think I'm going to able to watch this. These people are disgusting, and not just physically.

Yeah physically they are
But they need more mental health help more than anything. None have found healthy ways of coping with the traumatic events in their life.
When you're that big you don't eat just to eat despite what they say.
Other than medical conditions such as acromegaly, prader-willie or anything affect the pineal gland it's hard to get this big deliberately.
