I don’t think it is. The bakers make cakes, it’s what they do. A Muslim does not serve pork, it isn’t what they do. They are not discriminating if they don’t do it for anyone.
Trust me, I hope these attention seeking frickers lose in the Supreme Court and have to pay damages. However, I don’t see it as the same thing. Just my opinion homey.

They make cakes, period. What goes on top is irrelevant in my opinion. Muslims don’t make/serve pork. I guess you could argue that Muslims make food so they must make pork, but I don’t see it. Again, I hope these assholes crash and burn.
